A group call is three people on the same line at once: you, your caller, and a colleague. In Dialbird you create one by merging, at the end of a warm transfer.

Making a group call

  1. Start a warm transfer: open , choose Merge call, pick a teammate, and press Start consult.
  2. Talk to your colleague while the caller waits on hold.
  3. When you are ready, press Merge calls.
All three of you are now connected and can hear each other.

Leaving the call

When you want to drop out, just hang up. The other two stay connected and carry on without you.
Merging is the way to build a group call. There is no separate button for dialling several people into a call from scratch.
