Countries you can call
Find your business location in the left column to see the countries you can call:
Anywhere else is blocked.
What you’ll see
When you go to make a call, countries you can’t ring are greyed out in the country list. If you type a number in one of those countries anyway, the Call button stays greyed out and Dialbird tells you:Your workspace can’t place calls to this country.
Which countries Dialbird supports
Dialbird works with numbers in the UK, the US and Canada. The same list decides where you can buy a new number: a UK business can add UK, US or Canada numbers, while US and Canada businesses can add US and Canada numbers. Countries outside this list aren’t supported for calling or for new numbers.Texting is more limited than calling
The countries you can text aren’t the same as the ones you can call, so being able to ring somewhere doesn’t always mean you can message it.
For example, a UK business can call the US and Canada, but can only text UK numbers.
Needs checking: tell people what to do if they need to reach a country that isn’t on this list. Should they contact support? Can the list be widened?
