Connecting Zapier
Zapier works the other way round from HubSpot: you set it up from Zapier’s side, not from inside Dialbird.- Go to Settings, then Integrations.
- On the Zapier card, click Set up in Zapier.
- That takes you to Zapier, where you connect Dialbird and build what you want it to do.
What you’ve given Zapier access to
When Dialbird is connected, the card lists the permissions you granted, shown as small chips. Depending on what your Zap needs, these can include:- Account info
- Read contacts and Create & update contacts
- Read messages and Send messages
- Read calls
- Receive event webhooks
Disconnecting
To cut the link, click Revoke on the Zapier card.Needs checking: confirm which Dialbird triggers and actions are available to build with inside Zapier (for example “new call” or “new message”), so we can list them here. The permission chips above show what access is granted, not the specific triggers and actions Zapier exposes.
