Dialbird is your business phone system, run from your computer and your phone instead of a handset on the desk. Calls, texts, voicemail, and your whole team sharing the same numbers all live in one place, so you can pick up wherever you happen to be. There’s no hardware to buy and nothing to wire in. You get a proper business number, and it rings in your browser at your desk and in the app in your pocket. When you’re out on a job, a customer calling your business number reaches you just the same.

What you can do with it

  • Make and take calls from a proper business number, on your computer or your mobile.
  • Text your customers, send photos and quotes, and save the replies you use a lot.
  • Share numbers with your team, so whoever is free picks up.
  • Route calls automatically with call flows: business hours, menus, and voicemail.
  • Keep everything together, with calls, texts, voicemail, and contacts in one inbox.

Where Dialbird runs

You use Dialbird in two places, and they stay in step with each other:
  • On your computer, in your web browser. There’s nothing to install.
  • On your phone, with the app for iPhone and Android.
Start a text at your desk and finish it from the van. It’s the same account either way. See Install the apps.

Getting set up

If you’re brand new, these steps get you up and running:
1

Sign up and get a number

Create your account and pick your first business number. See Sign up.
2

Or join your team

If a colleague already uses Dialbird, they can invite you instead. See Join a workspace.
3

Install the apps

Sign in on your computer and your phone. See Install the apps.
4

Bring your number, or register to text

Move an existing number across with porting, and if you’ll text US customers, complete carrier registration.
