Dialbird works in two places: your web browser on a computer, and an app on your phone. Sign in on both and your calls, texts, and contacts stay in step, so you can start something at your desk and finish it on the road. You sign in with the same account in both places, so there’s nothing to copy across. A text you send from your computer is right there in the app on your phone.

On your computer

There’s nothing to install. Just go to Dialbird in your web browser and sign in. Dialbird runs in the browser, so it works the same on Windows, Mac, and Chromebook.

On your phone

There are apps for both iPhone and Android, so you can take calls and texts while you’re out on a job. The quickest way to get them is from inside Dialbird:
  1. Open the Help and support menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Under Download, tap iOS App or Android App to go straight to the store listing.
  3. Install and open the app, then sign in with the same account you use on your computer.

The same Help and support menu is also where you can Chat with us, open the Resource Center, or Report a bug if something isn’t right.

Keeping everything in step

Once you’re signed in on both, they work as one:
  • Numbers, inboxes, and contacts are the same wherever you sign in.
  • Conversations stay together, so you can start a text at your desk and reply from your phone later.
There’s no separate desktop program. On a computer, Dialbird runs in your web browser.
