Your Profile is where you keep your own details up to date: your name, your photo, the email you sign in with, and your password. These are about you, not your workspace, so changing them here won’t affect anyone else on your team. Everyone has a Profile, whatever their role. Go to Settings, then Profile.

Photo and name

Click your picture to upload a new one. You can use a JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG image. To change your name, type it into the Full name box and click Save. Update it once here and it changes everywhere your name shows up for the team.

Changing your email address

Your current email is shown but greyed out, because you can’t type straight over it. Changing the address you sign in with takes an extra step to make sure it’s really you.
  1. Enter the new address in the Change email box.
  2. Click Send confirmation email.
  3. Dialbird sends a link to your current email. Open that email and click the link, and the change goes through.
Sending the link to your current inbox is deliberate: it means nobody can move your sign-in to another address without access to the one you already use.

Changing or adding your password

Click Change password to open the password box.
  • If you already have a password, you’ll be asked for your current password, then the new one twice.
  • If you signed up with Google and never set a password, the button says Add password instead. Set one here and you’ll be able to sign in with your email and password as well as with Google.

Signing in with Google

If you use Google to sign in, your Google account shows here under Connected accounts. If it isn’t linked yet, use the Continue with Google button to link it, so you can sign in with one click in future.
