# Submit a request

> Send your question to the Dialbird support team by email.

If you're stuck and can't find the answer in these guides, email us the details and our support team will pick it up.

  Opens a new email to our team. Tell us what's up and send.

## What to tell us

The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can help. Try to include:

* **What you were trying to do**
* **What happened instead**
* **Which number or inbox** it was on, if it's about a specific one
* A **screenshot**, if you have one

It also helps to say roughly what your question is about, for example account access, billing, troubleshooting, carrier registration, or porting a number.

## Prefer to chat?

If you'd rather talk it through in real time, see [Chat with us](/support/chat-with-us).

<Note>
  **Needs checking:** confirm the support hours and expected response time, then add them here.
