# Contact support

> Get help from the Dialbird support team.

Sometimes you just need a hand from a real person. Both options below live behind **Help and support** at the bottom of the sidebar in the app. Pick how you'd like to reach us, and we'll take it from there.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Submit a request" icon="ticket" href="/support/submit-a-request">
    Send us the details and we'll get back to you.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Chat with us" icon="comments" href="/support/chat-with-us">
    Message our support team from inside the app.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Before you get in touch

It is often quicker to check [Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting/overview) first, since most call quality, notification, and messaging problems have a fix you can apply yourself.

<Note>
  **Needs checking:** add support hours, expected response times, and anything you want customers to include in a ticket.
</Note>
