# Call history

> Your list of calls, and what each row tells you.

The **Calls** tab in an inbox is your call history: every call to and from that number, in one list. It's the place to check who rang while you were out, how long a call ran, and who on the team picked it up.

## What each row shows

Each call in the list tells you:

* The person's **name or number**.
* Whether it was an **Outgoing call**, **Incoming call**, or **Missed call**, each with its own little arrow icon. Missed calls are shown in **red**.
* How **long** the call lasted, in brackets, like *Incoming call (2:34)*. Missed calls have no length.
* **When** it happened: the time if it was today, **Yesterday**, or the date if it was earlier.
* **Who** on your team handled it, shown as their avatar on the right.

A missed call that nobody has picked up yet is marked as unread, so it stands out until someone deals with it.

## Jumping to a call

Click any call and Dialbird opens the conversation with that person and scrolls to that call, so you can see what happened around it: a recording, a voicemail, a text.

## Showing only some calls

Use the **Missed** pill to see just the calls you didn't catch, or the funnel to show only **Incoming** or **Outgoing**. See [Filters](/inboxes/inbox-filters).

The list loads more calls automatically as you scroll down, so you can go a long way back without clicking anything.
