# Install the apps

> Use Dialbird on your computer and your phone, with everything kept in step.

Dialbird works in two places: your **web browser** on a computer, and an **app** on your phone. Sign in on both and your calls, texts, and contacts stay in step, so you can start something at your desk and finish it on the road.

You sign in with the same account in both places, so there's nothing to copy across. A text you send from your computer is right there in the app on your phone.

## On your computer

There's nothing to install. Just go to Dialbird in your web browser and sign in. Dialbird runs in the browser, so it works the same on Windows, Mac, and Chromebook.

## On your phone

There are apps for both **iPhone** and **Android**, so you can take calls and texts while you're out on a job.

The quickest way to get them is from inside Dialbird:

1. **Open the Help and support menu** at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. **Under Download**, tap **iOS App** or **Android App** to go straight to the store listing.
3. **Install and open the app**, then **sign in with the same account** you use on your computer.

Prefer to search? Look up "Dialbird" in the **App Store** on iPhone or **Google Play** on Android.

## Keeping everything in step

Once you're signed in on both, they work as one:

* **Numbers, inboxes, and contacts** are the same wherever you sign in.
* **Conversations stay together**, so you can start a text at your desk and reply from your phone later.
